Equality California posts "How Long"

Hi all,

It’s been a tough week in California, as the state supreme court upheld Proposition 8, banning gay marriage. While the decision was not entirely unexpected, it remains a major disappointment and a huge step backward.

Equality California, one of the organizations leading the fight for equal rights for the California LGBT community, has posted my post-Prop 8 song “How Long” on their blog, California Ripple Effect.

Check it out, make comments, pass it along and, most importantly, get involved. EQCA is bringing this issue back to the ballot in 2010, and they need all the support they can get. For all you folks in Santa Barbara, this starts tomorrow with a march downtown, meeting at the courthouse at noon. Hope to see you there!
